Hue

We took a bus to Hue, the former capital of Vietnam and stopped on the way to see a beautiful view.  On top of a hill there were former bunkers as well!  It was a bit annoying when we first stopped though.  People were literally waiting for us outside of the bus like hawks.  They kept touching us and telling us how beautiful we were in order to try to get us to buy their products.

 Cherine and I.

When we arrived in Hue, we had lunch and then got ready for our motorbike tour!  This was probably one of the best experiences I ever had in my life.  A group of Vietnamese men came to pick us up to take a tour around the city.  Several of them were Vietnam War Veterans.

My motorcycle driver Mr. Tan!  He was absolutely wonderful!

Read the bit at the bottom and you will be blown away!

A mini colosseum where tigers and elephants used to fight one another.

 Tiger scratches on the wall.

 Seeing how they make incense.

 Beautiful incense!

On top of Bunker Hill and Hamburger Hill is behind us!

 Views from a motorbike.

Staring out into the green at the water buffalo!

We stopped at a little village that had the cutest little kids eager to play with us.  I asked them if they had a ball and one of the little boy's mothers gave him money to buy one just so he could play with me.  Michael and I played football with them for about 5-10 minutes before we had to get going on our motorbike tour.  It was quite the experience!  Such cuties!

 My little football stars!

Sunset on the bike!

The city of Hue, Mr. Tan and this motorbike tour is something I will never forget!  Absolutely amazing!
